F-GAS Leak Testing

F-GAS Leak Testing

Annual leak testing is a legal requirement for any equipment that contains F-Gas equivalent to 5 tonnes of carbon dioxide (please check the Gov.uk website for the latest government guidelines). Leak testing is performed as part of our standard maintenance package, but we can also do this on an ad-hoc basis for you. Our fully trained F-Gas engineers will provide you with a fully validated and complete report for your records.

TM44 Inspection Service

TM44 Inspection Service

If your air conditioning system has a collective cooling capacity of 12kW or more, a TM44 energy assessment is mandatory every five years. We can manage this process for you, saving you time, and ensuring that your TM44 inspection service is completed by professionals.

Detection & Repair of Leaks

Detection & Repair of Leaks

One common issue faced with air conditioning systems is refrigerant leaks, which can lead to decreased cooling efficiency and potential environmental harm. Regular maintenance includes leak detection tests to identify and repair any leaks promptly, ensuring optimal performance and preventing further damage to the system.

Elimination of Bad Odours

Elimination of Bad Odours

Over time, air conditioning systems may develop unpleasant odours due to the buildup of mould, mildew, or bacteria in the ductwork or evaporator coils. Routine maintenance involves thorough cleaning of these components and disinfection to eliminate any microbial growth and remove unpleasant odours, ensuring fresh and clean indoor air quality.

Decreased Performance

Decreased Performance

Restricted airflow and decreased performance caused by clogged filters, dirty coils, or blocked vents can lead to uneven cooling, reduced efficiency, and increased energy consumption. Regular maintenance includes cleaning and inspection of these components to ensure unrestricted airflow throughout the system, maximising efficiency and comfort in the indoor environment.

Prevention of Electrical Issues

Prevention of Electrical Issues

Electrical problems such as faulty wiring, loose connections, or damaged components can pose safety hazards and lead to system malfunctions or breakdowns. Scheduled maintenance involves thorough electrical inspections and testing to identify and address any potential issues before they escalate, ensuring safe and reliable operation of the air conditioning system.
